Refugio Road Ranch is a 10 acre horse and agricultural ranch. Abandoned for several years, the property had dilapidated equestrian facilities and 2 worker trailers but no house nor working utilities. Phase 1 involved rebuilding the farm facilities and planting food gardens. Phase 2 is planned as a small, flexible, sustainable house plus guesthouse, with exterior spaces rivaling the interior area.
